COVID-19 Notice
We are delighted to announce our delivery service to the Republic of Ireland has now resumed. Please note that deliveries won’t be as quick as usual as we are taking all the necessary precautions with social distancing. If this causes a delay with your order, please be assured we will get your delivery out as soon as possible. Apologies for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Our Service
Domaine Des Jeanne usually offer a delivery service within the Republic of Ireland. We use independent courier services to deliver your order. During extremely busy periods our delivery periods may be extended. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to communicate this with you.
Usual Delivery Times
As stated above, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, please be aware that our usual delivery times may very likely be affected and there is a chance that delays may occur with your delivery. Please note if that happens, please be assured we will get your delivery out as soon as possible. Apologies for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Orders are normally delivered within 3 – 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order; however we cannot guarantee that at present due to the current situation. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Age Verification
Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
